Meet Laura

The Alluri Yoga concept is a holistic approach inspired by the healing power of breath, the vibration of mantras, and aromatic essences. It combines the spiritual philosophy of your body’s energetic system (chakras, meridians) with a pragmatic approach rooted in biohacking, complemented by elements of Kundalini Yoga. The intention is for you to leave each practice feeling fully revitalized, as if you’ve truly invested in your body and overall well-being.

Laura developed Alluri Yoga as a self-development practice during a dark period in her life, and it has grown into a path of profound transformation. Her goal is to guide you toward improved physical, mental, and emotional balance, and help you connect more deeply with your own body and energy.

Classes are designed for everyone, whether you are pregnant, seeking a safe and mindful way to move, aiming to improve posture, or trying to maintain work-life balance without pressure.

How does an Alluri Yoga class feel in practice?

  • Morning Aromatic Flow: A gentle awakening rooted in Vinyasa Yoga, enhanced with Kundalini Yoga asanas and traditional Indian breathing techniques (pranayama). Each class begins with a sankalpa (intention), possibly supported by motivational cards, and closes with deep relaxation.

  • Evening Flow with Tibetan Singing Bowls: A mindful way to close your day. The practice helps release stress and, with the final namaste, reconnect you to a sense of lightness and calm.

In both morning and evening sessions, you’ll move through asanas based on Vinyasa Yoga, complemented by Kundalini Yoga and pranayama. Classes begin with the opening vibration of the Óm mantra, gradually awakening your body and mind through stretching asanas. Traditional sun salutations strengthen your muscles and spirit, accompanied by music that tunes your energy for the day ahead. Balancing poses and backbends bring you to the peak of your practice, before gently reducing intensity. Conscious breathing guides your body into deep relaxation in Shavasana, where you fully absorb the benefits of yoga and aromatic essences or Tibetan Singing Bowls.
